Melania Trump Issues $1 Billion Legal Threat to Hunter Biden Over Inflammatory Statement that “Epstein introduced Melania to Trump”

The feud between the Trump and Biden families has taken a dramatic turn after First Lady Melania Trump issued a $1 billion legal threat to Hunter Biden, accusing him of making false and defamatory remarks linking her to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.
According to Melania’s legal team, Hunter Biden made the comments during a recent interview with YouTuber Andrew Callaghan. In the exchange, Biden referred to author Michael Wolff’s claims that “Epstein introduced Melania to Trump,” adding that the “connections are so wide and deep.”
Melania’s attorney, Alejandro Brito, slammed the remarks as “false, defamatory, and extremely salacious,” and demanded that Biden issue a full public retraction and apology by August 7. Failure to comply, the letter warned, would result in a lawsuit seeking more than $1 billion in damages for “overwhelming financial and reputational harm.”
This is not the first time such claims have surfaced — and been walked back. The Daily Beast previously retracted a similar statement involving Wolff’s book, and Democratic strategist James Carville issued an apology after making comparable allegations. Both Melania and Donald Trump have consistently stated they met in 1998 at a New York Fashion Week party through modeling agent Paolo Zampolli, not via Epstein.
The legal threat adds another layer of political and personal tension between the First Family and President Biden’s son, who is already facing multiple legal battles of his own. It also underscores the high stakes in the political war of words as the 2024 election cycle continues to heat up.
Whether Hunter Biden will retract his statement or call Melania’s legal bluff remains to be seen, but one thing is certain — this latest clash has injected even more drama into an already explosive political season.
