Katie Price displayed the results of her extreme weight loss and ‘painful’ botched BBL in a tiny bikini as she hit the beach in Ibiza on Saturday.

The glamour model, 47, recently shared that her Brazilian Butt Lift, a cosmetic surgical procedure involving fat transfer to the buttocks – was the most ‘painful’ of them all after jetting to Turkey for the botched surgery.

Yet she still seemed in good spirits as she enjoyed downtime on the Balearic islands after partying up a storm with pal Wayne Lineker at his O Beach Club.

The mother-of-five showcased her new bottom in a tiny polka dot two-piece that also highlighted her surgically enhanced breasts.

It also displayed her shrinking figure, after the reality star sparked concern from fans with her recent extreme weight loss.

After splashing around in the surf, Katie set to work topping up her tan as she sprawled out along the shore.

Katie recently opened up about her latest cosmetic procedure during an appearance on Katherine Ryan on her What’s My Age Again? podcast this month.

She said: ‘I tried that BBL abroad where they take your own fat and put it in your bum. It was so painful. And it just did not look right on me.’

Katie revealed the procedure took place in Turkey, but despite the painful experience, it hasn’t diminished her enthusiasm for having cosmetic work done abroad.

‘I would never have surgery in England again. Ever, ever,’ she confessed. ‘I’d always have it abroad.’

Over the years, Katie has had at least 16 boob jobs, three rhinoplasties and two facelifts.

Since arriving in O Beach in Ibiza, Katie has caught up with famous pals including Wayne Lineker, Dean Gaffney and Jamie O’Hara.

The star was also seen partying with Conor McGregor at the Ibiza hotspot, with the MMA star going onto floor a partygoer with two punches at the infamous Pacha nightclub during his wild night out.

Katie previously addressed her shrinking figure back in May in a post for her worried fans on Snapchat.

She said: ‘I always said I haven’t got body dysmorphia but there’s definitely something, I don’t know what it is…

‘I’ve never looked in the mirror and thought I’m pretty or whatever.’

However, despite having had at least six face lifts, Katie insists that she is not scared of aging.

She said: ‘I’m not afraid of getting old: I like getting old because you become wiser. But with the face and that I just think if there’s something to tweak it’s just easy to do.’

While Katie has been sunning herself in Ibiza, her ex Peter Andre offered his thoughts on navigating drama with exes.

Earlier this month, Katie revealed what she really thinks about Peter’s wife Emily, noting the fact that she and Peter always used to step out with the whole family, while Emily ‘doesn’t do all that’ for him.

Although Peter did not address the comments, he opened up on his thoughts about navigating exes during his latest new magazine column.

Addressing Zara McDermott’s ex and new boyfriend coming face to face recently, he shared: ‘Sam Thompson and Louis Tomlinson were both at Soccer Aid together for an incredible cause. The fact they’ve both been involved with Zara McDermott at some point is secondary for me.
