Jennifer Garner’s longtime boyfriend, John Miller, has reportedly issued her an ultimatum after recent photos surfaced of her and ex-husband Ben Affleck looking too close for comfort.

Despite being supportive of Garner and Affleck’s co-parenting dynamic since he began dating the actress in 2018, Miller—CEO of CaliBurger—allegedly feels that Affleck has crossed the line.
“John knows there’s nothing romantic going on between Jen and Ben, but he doesn’t think those photos are a good look and feels it’s disrespectful to their relationship,” an insider revealed.
The images in question, taken at their son Samuel’s paintball-themed birthday party, show Affleck affectionately holding Garner by the waist. While fans speculated about a possible reconciliation, a source told Page Six that Miller wasn’t pleased.
“He gave Jen an ultimatum—he doesn’t want to see anything like that again, or he has no choice but to walk away,” the insider claimed.
Tension Over Ben & Jen’s Close Bond
Miller has reportedly struggled with the increased time Garner and Affleck have been spending together, especially after Affleck’s recent split from Jennifer Lopez.
