Brittany Mahomes has no shame in being unapologetically herself, and is encouraging others to do the same. The wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who was named a 2024 SI Swim rookie on Thursday, reposted a sultry snapshot from her photoshoot with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit and included the message:
“I’m here to tell you people will dislike you, people will love you don’t let any of that define you KEEP SHINING and being YOU.”
During an interview with the publication, Brittany discussed staying true to herself while being under a spotlight of media and NFL fans. “Be confident in who you are and be unapologetically yourself,” she said. “People are going to love you or hate you, but finding your values and what makes you ‘you’ to be the best version of yourself is what really matters.

Brittany, 28, shared a behind-the-scenes video clip teasing her photoshoot with SI Swim, and Mahomes’ mother, Randi reposted it to her Instagram Story. “Yes that’s my daughter in law!!!” the proud mom wrote. “You are rocking it Brit As always!! @brittanylynne Love you.”

Mahomes — who will be playing for his third Super Bowl ring when the Chiefs face the 49ers on Sunday at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas — also reposted Brittany’s video with a trio of heart-eyes emojis. Brittany will be featured in SI Swimsuit’s 60th anniversary issue, the publication revealed Thursday.

The mother of two shot her 2024 SI Swim rookie campaign on the white sand beaches in northern Belize, where she modeled a number of stunning looks, including a sexy red swimsuit by Mugler. Brittany and the two-time Super Bowl champ share daughter Sterling Skye, 2, and a 1-year-old son, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon. The blonde beauty is a former pro soccer player-turned owner of the NWSL’s KC Current, a certified personal trainer and fitness entrepreneur.
