The song begins with a voice that appears to be Diddy’s, thanking Kanye for his support and mentioning that no one else has reached out to him while he remains in jail awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

Just before the song dropped, Kanye allegedly posted—and later deleted—screenshots of a heated text exchange with Kim. In the messages, he reportedly threatened to go “to war” with her over North’s involvement.

According to the leaked messages, Kim appears to argue that she legally owns the rights to North’s name and was using that authority to block her participation in the track. This enraged Kanye, who allegedly texted:
