Operation Taylor: How popstar sneaks into venues unnoticed by hiding inside cleaning carts, suitcases and popcorn machines

Taylor Swift has reached the height of fame as she performs for millions of fans on the European leg of her Eras Tour, which has already grossed more than two billion dollars and bagged her a Guinness World Record.

With more than 11million people flocking to see her in concert, you can’t blame the megastar for trying to go unnoticed every once in a while.

Eagle-eyed fans, who call themselves Swifties, have noticed that the Tortured Poets Department singer is transported from her dressing room to the main stage in a cleaning cart.

Two hunky security guards have been filmed pushing the 6ft container while the song Applause by Lady Gaga fills the stadium.

One sneaky fan caught the moment Swift’s exited the fake cleaning cart in a sparkly bodysuit – one of roughly 16 outfits the singer wears throughout her performance.
Fans have started using the Gaga song as a marker that the show is about to begin.

After the hit tune finishes playing, a three-minute countdown appears which indicates that Swift has hopped out of the cart and is readying herself backstage.

Adele has used a similar technique during her world tour to get onstage conspicuously.

In order to avoid being mobbed by fans, the Rolling in the Deep singer hid in a sweaty box designed to carry amps and instruments.

On stage in Sydney, Adele admitted: ‘How I get to this stage makes me so sweaty. I’m drenched.

‘I can’t tell you until the end — you’ll laugh when you find out.’
