Travis Kelce and Chiefs arrive in San Francisco ahead of Super Bowl rematch against 49ers

Travis Kelce looked as stylish as ever touching down in San Francisco as the Kansas City Chiefs prepare for a Super Bowl rematch with the 49ers on Sunday.

As girlfriend Taylor Swift continues her Eras Tour over in Miami, Florida, Kelce landed almost 3,000 miles west of the popstar in California with his Chiefs teammates on Saturday.

The 34-year-old was sporting a slick blue corduroy tracksuit with a white T-shirt, black shades and black-and-white sneakers while holding a black leather bag as he made his way off the team’s private jet.

The likes of Patrick Mahomes, Xavier Worthy and Harrison Butker were also seen stepping off the plane in California.

Kansas City is set to take on San Francisco at Levi’s Stadium in a rematch of last season’s dramatic Super Bowl meeting between the two teams.

The Chiefs come into the game on the back of a 13-day rest after enjoying a bye week, which Kelce spent with Swift in New York City. Andy Reid’s team are 5-0 so far this season after a flawless start to their Super Bowl defense.

The Niners, meanwhile, are 3-3 having been impacted by a host of injuries in the first month of the campaign.

While he couldn’t make it himself, Kelce’s family still showed their support for Swift in Miami this weekend.

The pop icon finally resumed her worldwide Eras Tour on Friday night after a two-month break, which was the first of 18 shows she’s set to perform over the next seven weeks.

After a third and final concert in Miami on Sunday, she will enjoy stops in New Orleans, Indianapolis, Toronto and Vancouver to wrap up her 2024 schedule.

As Swift prepared to kick off the first on Friday night, Kelce’s brother Jason was seen arriving at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium for the opening show with wife Kylie and their daughters Wyatt, 5, and Elliotte, 3 – as well as his mom Donna.

While he is no longer plying his trade on the football field – after retiring from the NFL earlier this year – fatigue still appeared to get the better of Jason during the concert.

A picture of the Philadelphia Eagles legend ‘sleeping’ in the stands went viral online, with fans left in stitches at his impromptu nap at Hard Rock Stadium.

Yet despite the viral photo, he looked a lot more energetic as he bopped along to Swift’s famous ‘Never Getting Back Together’ song later in the evening.

As well as Jason, Swift also performed the first of her three Miami shows with two sporting GOATs in the house.

In a photo posted to his Instagram story, NFL legend Tom Brady shared a snap of himself with his two sons Jack and Ben and included the caption: ‘Boys night at the Eras Tour [laughing emoji]’.

In another image, this time shared to Twitter (X), tennis icon Serena Williams was seen standing on the floor waiting for the show to start.
