You’re not ready to hear Taylor Swift’s adorable shout out for Travis Kelce, after she scooped up an award at last night’s MTV Video Music Awards – making history in the process.
The final award of the night came in the shape of ‘Video of the Year’, which Taylor won for her work on ‘Fortnight’ featuring Post Malone.
In her acceptance speech for the Moonperson, the singer spoke about how she also directed ‘Fortnight’, while also giving a nod to her boyfriend, Travis.
She said, “I would say cut and we’d be done with that take, I would always just hear someone cheering like woo from across the studio where we were shooting it and that one person was my boyfriend Travis.
Everything this man touches turns to happiness, fun, and magic. So I want to thank him for adding that to our shoot because I’ll always remember that.”

Earlier this week, Page Six reported Travis would be absent from the VMAs alongside Taylor, because his football team – the Kansas City Chiefs – had returned to training practice, ahead of their match again the Cincinnati Bengals this weekend.
Good luck, Trav!
